📸 Geer Glow User-Generated Content Policy
By tagging your social media posts and/or images (including captions) with #mygeerglowhome, #geerglow, and/or #geerglowkids (collectively, the “Geer Glow Hashtags”), or by using the handles @geerglow, @geerglowliving, @geerglowkids, and/or @geerglowstudio (together, the “Geer Glow Handles”), or by uploading content directly to any Geer Glow website, mobile application, or social media channels (collectively, the “Geer Glow Platforms”), you agree to the following terms:
1. User-Generated Content (“UGC”)
Any content you tag or submit—such as your name, username, text, images, videos, interior styling photos, likeness, graphics, reviews, logos, or other creative material—is collectively referred to as “UGC” in this policy.
2. Rights You Grant Us
By sharing UGC via the Geer Glow Platforms or using the relevant hashtags or handles, you grant Geer Glow Furniture Ltd a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable (unless withdrawn), transferable, worldwide license (with the right to sublicense) to use, reproduce, edit, publish, share, and remove your UGC across any media format or platform, including for marketing, social media, digital ads, and promotional purposes.
3. Your Responsibilities
By submitting or tagging content, you confirm that:

You are the original creator of the UGC or have obtained permission to share it.

Any people clearly visible in the content have consented to being included.

If anyone featured is under 18, you confirm you are:
a) their parent or legal guardian, or
b) have obtained explicit consent from the parent/legal guardian. -
Your UGC does not infringe on any intellectual property rights, data protection laws, or other applicable laws or third-party rights.
4. Waiver of Rights
You (and any third party where applicable) irrevocably waive all moral rights and similar rights in connection with how your UGC is used, adapted, or modified by Geer Glow, as permitted by law.
5. Data and Privacy
Any personal data shared within your UGC will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Notice and this UGC Policy.
6. Liability and Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Geer Glow Furniture Ltd, its partners, and any authorized representatives against any claims, legal fees, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of your UGC, including those brought by third parties.
7. Changes to This Policy
Geer Glow may update this policy from time to time. We encourage you to review it periodically if you choose to submit or tag content using our official hashtags or handles.
